Warranty Policy
What is covered on materials, ready-made furniture and Archeva-manufactured modular interiors.
1. Manufacturer-backed materials
Plywood, laminates, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles and paints carry the original manufacturer's warranty. We register the invoice against your account so a claim can be raised without hunting for paperwork.
2. Ready-made furniture
Ready-made furniture carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in frame, joinery and mechanisms. Fabric, foam, natural-material variation and normal wear are excluded.
3. Custom Modular interiors
Archeva-manufactured modular interiors carry a 10-year warranty on carcass and factory workmanship, and a 1-year warranty on hardware supplied by us, from the handover date.
The warranty is void where damage arises from water logging, structural movement, pest infestation, third-party modification, or use outside intended residential purpose.
4. Raising a claim
Raise claims from My Account → Support, or write to yash.jain@planyourhome.in with the order or project number and photographs. We respond within one working day and inspect on site where required.
