The rules that govern your use of Plan Your Home, operated by Archeva Homes Pvt. Ltd., including orders, pricing and platform conduct.
1. About this platform
Plan Your Home is operated by Archeva Homes Pvt. Ltd. (“Archeva”, “we”, “us”). By browsing, registering or placing an order you accept these Terms of Use.
The platform sells interior materials, ready-made furniture and factory-built custom modular interiors to customers and registered trade professionals across India.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Customer accounts are for personal purchases; professional accounts are for architects, designers, contractors and trade partners and require document verification before trade benefits or referral codes are issued.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Pricing, taxes and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and stock are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Material shades, grain and finishes may vary marginally between batches and from on-screen images. Such variation is inherent to natural and manufactured surfaces and is not a defect.
4. Orders, delivery and installation
An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised and acknowledged by us. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may change for made-to-order, custom modular and bulk items.
Installation, wherever included, requires a site that is ready, accessible and safe. Delays caused by site conditions may be rescheduled and re-charged.
5. Professional verification and referrals
Professional accounts remain in Pending Verification until submitted documents are reviewed. Approval, rejection and suspension are at our sole discretion.
Referral codes may only be shared with genuine clients. Self-referral, code resale or misrepresentation results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending commission.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to access data belonging to other users.
7. Liability and governing law
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates. These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
