What personal data Plan Your Home collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, mobile number, city and pincode.
Order data: delivery address, order history, invoices and payment status (card and UPI credentials are handled by our payment partners — we never store them).
Project data: site details, carpet area, floor plans and inspiration files you upload for custom modular enquiries.
Professional data: firm details, GST/PAN, licence and KYC documents submitted for verification.
2. Why we use it
To create and secure your account, fulfil and deliver orders, prepare quotations and drawings, verify professionals, pay referral commission, provide support, and meet tax and legal obligations.
Marketing emails and WhatsApp updates are sent only where you have opted in, and every message includes an opt-out.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the parties required to deliver your order — logistics partners, installers, vendors for drop-ship items and payment gateways — and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention and security
Order and tax records are retained as required by Indian law. Verification documents are stored in access-controlled private storage and are visible only to authorised reviewers.
5. Your rights
You can access and correct your profile from My Account, request deletion of your account, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by writing to yash.jain@planyourhome.in.
