Referral & Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility

Any registered customer may refer. Commission-earning professional and affiliate accounts require a verified account with KYC documents on file and approval from our partnerships team.

2. Rewards and commission

Customer referrals earn wallet credit once the referred first order is delivered and its return window closes. Professional and affiliate commission is calculated on net order value, excluding GST, shipping, cancelled lines and returned items.

Wallet credit may offset up to 20% of a future order value and does not expire. Commission payouts are settled to the registered bank account on the 15th of each month, subject to applicable TDS.

3. Fair use

Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, bidding on our brand terms in paid search, coupon-scraping sites, spam and misrepresentation of our pricing or warranty are prohibited.

We may withhold or reverse rewards linked to cancelled, fraudulent or policy-breaching orders, and may suspend a partner account for repeated breaches.

4. Changes

Rates and program structure may change with notice on this page. Changes apply prospectively to orders placed after the effective date.
